Pallet shipping works differently from regular parcel delivery.
Liquidation pallets are large commercial shipments and are generally transported by freight carrier rather than standard parcel services. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the shipment, delivery location, access requirements and current carrier rates.
Before your shipment leaves our facility, the pallet is prepared for transportation and the necessary pickup information is coordinated with the carrier.
Customers purchasing larger quantities may qualify for multi-pallet LTL freight or full truckload transportation.

What determines the shipping cost?
Freight pricing is calculated differently for every shipment. Because pallet dimensions, weight and delivery requirements can vary, freight costs may be quoted separately from the merchandise price.

Residential freight may be possible for certain shipments but normally requires additional carrier services.
Limited Access Locations
Schools, storage facilities, construction sites, farms and certain other destinations may be classified as limited-access by carriers.
A liftgate lowers the pallet from the truck to ground level when the receiving location does not have a loading dock or forklift.
Make sure you're prepared for delivery.
Freight carriers typically deliver the pallet to the delivery point specified in the shipment. Drivers generally do not unpack, sort or move merchandise inside a building.
If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, tell our team before freight is booked so that appropriate delivery services can be considered.

Eligible orders can be collected from our Houston-area operation. Pickup should be coordinated with our team before arrival so your order can be prepared and pickup instructions can be provided.
We can work with buyer-arranged freight.
If you already work with a freight broker or transportation company, contact our team before scheduling pickup. We can provide the information needed to coordinate an approved carrier pickup.
